簽名及數字信封數據類型signedAndEnvelopedData

signedAndEnvelopedData數據類型由任意類型的加密數據、至少一個接收者的數據加密密鑰和至少一個簽名者的簽名組成。

signedAndEnvelopedData數據類型結構定義如下：

SignedAndEnvelopedData ::= SEQUENCE {
       version Version,
       recipientInfos RecipientInfos,
       digestAlgorithms DigestAlgorithmIdentifiers,
       encryptedContentInfo EncryptedContentInfo, 

certificates[0] IMPLICIT ExtendedCertificatesAndCertificates OPTIONAL,
